Hi! Welcome to my practice page. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, centrally located in the Mission Valley area, and I love what I do! I am holistic and very integrative in my approach. I place you, my client, first and work with you to help facilitate your desired treatment goals. I specialize in Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss issues. To facilitate your best treatment I am Certified in EMDR Therapy, and also Brainspotting. I treat adult individuals only to better support my specialties, and achieve excellent outcomes for my clients.
